Shipping policy
All items are shipping using Local South African couriers services.

Door to Locker (PUDO):
Pudo Locker Delivery with dispatched within in 24 hours of payment reflecting in the PayFast Account or RetroGuySA bank account.
Pudo waybill tracking number will be sent via email and whatsapp once the parcel has been booked for collection.
Pudo will send a notification via email once the item has been safely placed in the locker at the desired Pudo Locker location.
Door to Door (Courier Guy):
Door to Door Delivery with dispatched within in 24 hours of payment reflecting in the PayFast Account or RetroGuySA bank account.
Courier Guy waybill tracking number will be sent via email and whatsapp once the parcel has been booked for collection.
Courier Guy will send a notification via email once the item has been dispatched for delivery.
General Shipping Notes:
- All items are carefully packaged, bubble wrapped and/or boxed to mitigate the risk of damages during transit.
- Any undelivered items will be notified to RetroGuySa and we will in turn notify the respective customer.
- Any oversized or over weight packages (>10kg) that accrues excess shipping costs will be highlighted with the respective customer. This excess costs will be billed accordingly but not before the customer is contacted.
- All items will be shipped within 24hours of payment reflecting in the RetroguySA bank account.
- New Item's listed to be ordered have a 3 - 5 day handling time. Shipping delivery is usually 5 - 7 working days. Up to 10 working days should there be any unexpected delay.
- Waybills will be sent via Whatsapp or email to the customer for the relevant items shipped.
- RetroguySA takes the due care to ensure that items are safely and secured packaged and delivered to the relevant courier service.
- We hold no liability for the item once in the possession of the courier services.
